Smart Permission
Smart Permission enables structured and efficient management of permissions for file server directories. The CARO Suite automatically checks whether an appropriate group already exists for the requested access level—such as Full Control, Read & Execute, or Modify.
If a suitable group is found, the user is added automatically. If not, the CARO Suite creates a new group and assigns the user immediately.
This approach ensures permissions are applied consistently, remain fully traceable, and align with established best-practice standards.
